Initially I trained as a teacher, taking art as my main subject. After taking time off to raise my family, I went on a 'Women into Design' course at the North Oxon College where my interest was re-awakened. This was followed by a further 3 years on a part time HNC Textiles and Metals course; from this I have re-found an attraction for and ability in designing and making.
